Joseph and Andrea Lawlor

This fabulous home at 1700 Brownrigg Rd., Waterford was purchased in February 1989 by Joseph and Andrea Lawlor. Joe grew up on a farm in Iowa and they fell in love with the land in Ohio and could see the potential in the home. The house was actually a Sears catalog home and was built in 1920. Over the past 34 years, the Lawlor‘s have made major improvements including new Hardie board siding, roof, new foundation and basement, finished attic, landscaping and more. In addition to the existing barn they also added a large garage and a Morton building. With over 370 acres to farm and groom the Lawlor’s keep themselves busy. Their love of the area, the Wolf Creek school district, the closeness to Marietta and the peacefulness and picturesque beauty of the farm has reinforced their intent to stay as long as they can.
