This attractive, well maintained home on Sunnyhill Drive in Marietta has been lovingly cared for by its owners Ron and Ida Watts for 51 years. They purchased the home in 1972 from the Burtons to be near and help Ida’s parents who lived off Bartlett St. and were getting up in years. They soon found that they loved Harmar Hill and cannot imagine living anywhere else. They said that the best thing they love about living in their home are all the wonderful neighbors who are super nice and can’t be beat. They take daily walks throughout Harmar Hill to experience the peacefulness and tranquility. They have upgraded the home and added a dining room and a back porch as well as a lower deck. New siding, windows, roof. HVAC and more has kept this home in tiptop shape over the years. Pride of ownership is evidenced in the strikingly beautiful landscaping that is a labor of love by Ida and Ron. With no intention of leaving “The Hill” Ron said their next move will probably be to heaven.
