When driving past 18128 State Route 676 you can’t help but be in awe at the architecture of this beautifully unique two-story home. In 2001, Neil and Donna purchased a piece of the family farmland and decided they were going to build. They loved the area because it was close to family and friends, but they needed to figure out what they were going to build. After spending some time looking online at different designs, and traveling around looking at Victorian style homes, they finally decided on their favorite and tweaked it just a little bit to fit their personal style. They have continued to make improvements since the initial build, putting on new paint, new floors, new landscaping, etc. and it is very prevalent how

dedicated they are to making this a beautiful home.

They could not have done all the work themselves and wanted to give credit to all of the family, friends, and neighbors that shared their support in every way possible. Special thanks to Brooker General Contractor, Bosner Plumbing and Electric, Langs Excavating, and Green Leaf Landscaping for the work that they did. When asked about the favorite feature of the house, the answer was obvious. They love spending time on their huge wraparound porch in the evenings and enjoying the peacefulness of their land.
