The Home of the Month for November is a lovely 2-story home on over 2 acres located at 16820 State Route 60, Lowell, owned by Jarrod and Katie Arnold. The Arnolds were fortunate enough to know the previous owner's family and learned that the home was going to be sold and jumped at the chance to purchase it.

With Jarrod being from Beverly and Katie from Churchtown, the desirable location kept them near family. With a history dating back to 1847 found on a doorway and another of the house with flooding to the windows in the 1913 flood, their home is a historical treasure. They have also learned that the garage previously had three doors and was used for the horses. The home had been previously remodeled over the years but the Arnolds updated the exterior by adding new windows, new siding and doors, new lighting and attractive new landscaping.

They love the location which has a country feel yet is near town and have no plans to leave their beautiful, well-maintained home. Well Done!
