Home of the Month Award Winner
We are proud to announce the first Home of the Month Award! This charming Cape Cod house located at 209 Market Street in Harmar Village, Marietta.
Clarence and Sandy Grady purchased the house in the 1970’s. The property was in poor condition when purchased, but the Grady’s have lovingly restored, renovated and maintained their home. When we arrived to take the picture, we caught Mr. Grady on his ladder cleaning the porch supports. Thank you, Clarence and Sandy, for making Marietta a city of beautiful and well-maintained homes.
