Katie McKay

In 1993, Katie was drawn to a house with a beautiful yard and she has been hard at work making this house her home ever since. The house was built in the fall of 1989 and only had one owner before her. One of the first projects completed was a kitchen remodel where she demoed one of the walls to give the house a more “open concept” feel. Katie sure was a trendsetter because she did this before open concept was really a thing. She also put in a new screened in porch, patio, fire pit, driveway, and sidewalk. In 2020 she renovated some more of the outside by putting on a new 30 year roof, siding, facia, rails across the front porch, new, and gutters.

Congratulations again Katie, this award is well deserved!
