Marietta Board of REALTORS® would like to recognize...

The Levee Townhouse Homeowners

Located along the Ohio River in Marietta, these townhouse condos were built in 1989 and offer the residents a front row seat to the summer festivals, including the Ohio River Sternwheel fireworks. The Levee Townhouse Homeowners Association is responsible for the exterior maintenance. For nearly three decades, their cooperative efforts have made these three-story townhouses a beautifully landscaped and maintained neighborhood.

Thanks to all the owners for your hard work

in making this stretch of the river lovely from the street and from the water.

The Marietta Board of REALTORS® awards this honor as the Home of the Month to a resident in the City of Marietta who maintained their home in outstanding condition with a good looking exterior and appropriate landscaping. The program was designed to recognize those homeowners who do an exceptional job keeping their house lovely. It is also to encourage others to do the same. Thank you to The Levee Townhome Owners!
