This lovely and cheery home located at 108 Rathbone Terrace was built in 1960. Since 1998 it has been the home of Kathy Shively, whose care is evident in the neat landscaping and the crisp trim. This home is located in a neighborhood of well-maintained homes, so choosing just one was difficult.
