Owned by Thomas and Eleanor Tucker, this 1870’s home is located at 315 Washington Street in Marietta. Since purchasing the house in 1979, the Tuckers began their renovations by adding much-needed bedroom closets. Decades later, the house has undergone a complete rebuilt, including a new kitchen, a screen porch, a side addition, and “lots and lots of landscaping.” The Marietta Board of Realtors congratulates the Tuckers for taking such great care of their century-plus home. 315 Washington Street will be featured on the upcoming Feb/March issue of Showcase of Homes.
